Returns Policy
We go to great lengths to ensure that the products you purchase from us match the descriptions on this website. Each item is checked before shipping and packed as appropriate. If, however, you need to return an item to us, you may do so within 14 days provided the following:
- Items from our "collectibles" range are unique purchases and often of limited edition. They may have unique edition numbers, certificates of authenticity and other special features such as gift boxes etc. Therefore, these items are non-refundable. These items are checked before shipping and are insured against loss or damage with Australia Post. If there is a problem with your shipment, you must contact us immediately so that we can contact Australia Post insurance.
- Return postage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging. All tags and labels must still be attached. If deemed to have been used or missing tags etc. a refund will be refused and the item returned to the purchaser.
- Refunds will be returned via original purchase method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any items given at a discount, or free with any purchase must be returned along with any returned items which entitled the promotion.

Shipping
We currently ship to Australia only for orders placed on this website. Most orders will be shipped via Australia post on the same, or next available business day. If you would like an item shipped to a location outside Australia, please contact us to discuss options and pricing before ordering.
All items are shipped via Australia Post standard shipping with shipping costs applied to each item. We do not offer express post shipping.
